Exploring our feet’s connection to our internal body
Reflexology is the holistic study of applying precise pressure to various parts of the feet that relate to corresponding parts of our internal systems. This in turn breaks down blockages and congestion to assist in normalising the body’s function. It never ceases to amaze - in essence, our feet are a mini map of our entire bodies and can show up areas of the body that need care and attention. It is a powerful and effective bodywork treatment that encourages the body to rebalance naturally where dis-ease exists in the mind and body.
